Ordering

Placing an order on our site couldn't be easier, just find the product you want to purchase, press 'Add To Cart'. Once you have finished shopping, use the 'Check Out' button to complete your purchase. You will then be asked for a few details or to log in (if you already have an account with us) and complete your payment.

Payment

Payment is simple and secure. Handled by PayPal, you can either pay using credit / debit card, or using your PayPal account. Once you have completed your payment, you will be returned to our website where you can see a confirmation of your order.

Confirmation

On confirmation of your order, we will receive it and start processing it, this does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the event that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under, or over priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular item. In the case of a price change, we will always inform you to ensure that it is acceptable.

Please also note that due to some of our stock being military surplus, there may not be all sizes available at all times. In the event that an item is not in stock on ordering, we will contact you to discuss whether you would like to 'back-order' the item, exchange it for a similar alternative, or receive a refund.

Back Ordering

As mentioned above, in the event of a back order being processed, your name and order item will be placed onto our back order list and as soon as the item has returned into stock, they are allocated to our back order list before they go into stock. We will then contact you to arrange completion of your order.

Shipping

Shipping is charged as per the weight of your order and is calculated as you shop. For a detailed price please start adding items to your basket and it will update accordingly.

Orders outside of the UK are not currently supported by our website, but can be handled on an individual basis by calling 01208 895291 or emailing sales@thebunkerwarehouse.co.uk

Once your order has been received, processed, payment has been completed and stock confirmed (this does not usually take more than an hour or two) your order will be packed and booked for collection by courier.

Depending on the service of your delivery it will then be delivered to you in the timescale specified on completion of your order.

If the consignment has a tracking number, this will be updated onto the order status page.

Returns Policy

If you need to return an item, you will need to complete an RMA request from your account section of our website. Once completed we will be notified and be able to process your return.

As a general rule, we can only accept returns within 14 days of the order date.

IMPORTANT - We are unable to accept goods returned that have been in homes where pet hair or cigarette smoke has been present. If in the event that goods have been returned and either of the above are present, your return will be immediately rejected and your goods returned to you.

To prevent this from happening, please take care on receipt of your goods and keep away from pet hair and cigarette smoke until you are happy with them.

We will also require any original packaging, and/or tags that may have come with the item so that it can be restocked.

With this said, we do not charge a re-stocking fee, so please take care of the goods until you are happy.
